  Transparent Metalized Static Shielding creates a faraday cage effect with EMI/RFI protection which provides a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. Durability of these metalized bags is enhanced by sandwiching the metal layer between polyester and polyethylene. Bags are hot stamped with a yellow ESD warning symbol and date coded for QC traceability.
Packaging and Technology announces the installation of a complete spraying operation for these clients needing conductive spraying materials. StaticSpray can be used on Plastic, Metal Profiles Forms, Cartons, Wood, manufacturing Board, and Other Substrates.
New Glow in the dark paint, which will illuminate for five hours. Great for exits, exit floors, traffic lines, machinery, doorways, window frames and handles. Can be painted to allow exit from inner building to lead outside when lights fail due to fire, lightning strikes, power shortages, explosions. StaticGlo paint is sold in one and five gallon containers, comes in a light green glow color, water based, non-flammable and easy to apply with a brush or a roller. Base white primer has to be painted first for high reflection and light quality, and then the StaticGlo paint is applied on top of the primer. Die Cut stencils are available, including arrows, lettering, exit signs, safety equipment and fire aid equipment locations. StaticGlo is a permanent paint and will last for many years, whether it be on the applied surfaces or in unused storage, as they are very stable, non hazardous and odor free.
StaticVeil is a sprayable metallic coating system using a specially formulated, non-oxidizing copper as the conductive agent. Developed for use as an RFI/EMI shield for plastic electronic equipment housings. 599-A8219-IPC can be used on acrylic, ABS and structural foams, e.g., Noryl, Valox, etc... as well as solvent-sensitive substrates such as polycarbonate and polystyrene. All our copper paints are water-based, non oxidizing and all are highly conductive. Our coatings exceed all current US Government FCC requirements, including "tempest" specifications. Coating performance under various environmental conditions has been tested and recognized by UL Labs. StaticVeil, conductive coatings are formulated to serve many end applications. It offers equivalent shielding of other materials at 30% of the cost, offers better adhesion and flexibility with minimal change to the dimensions of the end products. Among the advantages over Nickel Acrylic coating are better attenuation at about 50% of the dry film thickness, increased mask life with a 400% reduction in the need to clean masks, improved mixability and sprayability, and better color differential on dark substrates.

STATICSTIK tapes are manufactured from glass cloth impregnated with Teflon TFE with a silicon polymer pressure sensitive adhesives. It has high elongation, which permits tight wrapping where needed and conforms to sharp bends and surfaces. It's ideal where maximum slip and lubricity are required. The addition of fiberglass increased dimensional stability that restricts cold flow exhibited when Teflon is placed under compression loads. STATICSTIK coating provides an excellent static-free surface for mechanical, packaging, sew and cut operations, tabletop operations of moving PC boards and electronic parts. Available in 1/4" to 36" widths, 18 or 36 linear yards.
StaticStrap® is a specially designed strapping, made of polypropylene, conductive,> with high tensile strength. StaticStrap® is used primarily for closing clamshells, processing parts and other electronic products. Available in width 12mm X 15000m and 9mm x 2000m. Other sizes also available, in black only. 0.60 mm thickness. Tensile strength = 280 kg/cm2. Elongation = 18%. Shrinkage = 12%. Melting Point = 168°. Surface Resistivity = 10e5~10e7 Ohms Sq. Black conductive rubber bands, pure rubber, no sulfur. Clean room safe and no carbon leaching. Used for building rails, packages, printed circuit boards in transit, repair boards, shipping spare parts and attaching information sheets to boxes. STATICTAPE represents a series of tapes for use in cleanroom and other environments where static discharge must be minimized. STATICTAPE is available in a variety of types and sizes suitable for broad usage spectrum. STATICTAPE generates essentially no charge when its removed from its reel. Tape is a permanent antistat with a static dissipative adhesive coating. Tape is wrapped on to a plastic core - no paper or fiber particles to contaminate your work environment. Black conductive hose in roll form in all ID and OD, conductive material used, neoprene, epdm, rubber, and walls can be 1/8" to 1/2" thick for vacuum use. Temperature range from 32°F to 350°F, and custom widths and lengths can be made to order.

ESD Photocopy Paper - 10/7 Ohms Sq. ESD paper is a permanently static dissipative paper product. Low sensitivity to changes in relative humidity and almost free of component-critical contaminants (low amine, chloride and sodium). The paper has a hard surface, printable with no bleeding and virtually lint-free. An indicator strip identifies each sheet as static dissipative in non-copying reverse print. This patented process ensures that the paper always stays within ESD specifications. Ideal for use as production route sheets, work instructions, repair tags or anti-static liners. Sizes available 8.5 x11, 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17. Weights available .0035, .0040 and .0070. All sizes are white paper, tinted Blue-2 sides.
